My husband and I recently had our first child, bought a house, changed jobs and moved twice in one year, and have been married for 3yrs. We've both been feeling increasingly distant and don't feel the "spark." We've both read the love languages book, and our doing our best to fill each others "love tank." We've identified the problems, and we also know that those changes are hard on a relationship. We just need prayer to bring our relationship closer, for us to rekindle what we have/had. Neither of us want to give up, but we are both emotionally spent. Prayer is appreciated. Also prayer for my husband to strengthen his relationship with God, over time, it has grown virtually un-existant.

I have been having a rough time finding the right guy for me. It seems like every guy that I meet is just playing a game and is not looking for something serious. I know everyone says in the right time the right guy will come along but I am drawing very impatient and starting to feel like God has left me. Not only am I having troubles with relationships my job has been a huge struggle for me now. I accepted the job a year ago and daily feel that I chose the wrong decision and that at times God has left me. I know that he will never take me through more than I can handle but at times I feel that I am not strong enough to handle everything. Please pray for me that I will get the strength that I need to make it through what God has planned for me!

My son will be in court next week for the placement of his son. He received some bad news yesterday regarding that hearing. We are asking that he and his wife stay focused on the Lord and not the storm. We ask that God's will be done and that all of us are OK with whatever God allows to happen, knowing He will work all together for our good. We ask for comfort, peace, strength, wisdom, insight, trust and patience for them.

My father had hip replacement surgery a week ago on May9th and had complications. He has had several heart procedures done in the past and due to the hip surgery had to stop taking his heart medications. The hip replacement surgery went well but in the following days he developed blood clots in his lungs. Unfortunately I live 1200 miles away and cant be there to help my mother take care of him. My father is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and a devout Christian. My family and I know the awesome power of what our Lord can do when we humble ourselves before him in prayer. We love our dad dearly and would be honored and blessed if anyone would pray for him during this time of illness.
