1st Time Home Buyer
We recently were pre-approved for a home loan for our first home. We found a house that my wife and I fell in love with. Now the under writer has requested a letter of explanation for a few missed medical payments from 4 years ago. We sent the letter yesterday but will have to wait until Monday or tuesday for an answer! Being turned down after working so hard would be nearly devestating for my family! We have been through many tough times before we turned to the Lord and many times we did not think we would make it as a husband and wife! Being young we really need all the prayers we can get!
