Court hearing
For the past 7 months, my husband and I have been fighting to get PFAs issued on behalf of my 3 step-daughters. It has been an uphill battle that has included 7 continuences, but it has not been dismissed. Because of my persistence, children and youth are doing a case review. There are so many things wrong with this case and we even have the deputy secretary for PA involved. Due to the Sandusky case, PA has been in the spotlight. We have witnesses that continue to fight for these girls and we need favor that these people will be heard by the judge despite the possibility that CYS may not be done investigating. It has really played a toll on my marriage and the girls continue to be hurt. We need God to do his work and give us a peace about this. The hearing is scheduled for July 13.
