Pray for Our Marriage
My wife of almost 8 years has decided that she wants a divorce because she is not happy in our marriage and is tired of trying to make it work. As a professing Christian, I am perplexed as to how my wife is able to justify what she is about to do. She rejects any and all attempts to show her how God's word contradicts the decision she has made. I fear she has become involved with another man as she has been down that road before. That was 7 years ago and has been forgiven, but the pattern of behavior now is very similar to what was going on 7 years ago. I love my wife unconditionally and am ready to forgive again and begin to rebuild the marriage that God intended for us but she has become completely unresponsive. Please pray that God will turn her heart back to Him and to me and that I will have the strength to continue to persevere through this trial and that it will be used for our benefit and His glory.
