Grieving Foster parent

We had our baby girl for almost 20 months, since she was 11months old. When we went to terminate the birth parents' rights, the judge ruled to give our little girl to the bio-dad, who has only seen her 4 times in the 2 1/2 years of her life. They also lost their parental rights to their other 5 children over a year ago. This all happened this past February, but I still can't believe it. I believed the whole time, that God had given this precious baby girl to us as a special gift, and that's what I told her almost everyday of her life. I pray for her everyday as I know as a matter of fact that the bio-dad is not there taking care of her or bonding with her, and her bio-mother is still incarcerated. I miss her so much.
