Family Relationships and a new job

Heavenly Father, you know that I have had a weakened spirit as I have been looking for a job. Please help keep the faith and humble myself as I am looking. Getting super tired of know and my hopes are getting knocked down. Please also help the family as we work thru having the oldest boy have a girl friend staying at the house -- help him to remember the morals and values that we have taught him.
