Pray for health and peace

I continuously have these dizziness/faint spells along with migraines. I've been to a chiropractor about it. They said it was caused by a tightened nerve that had turned a vertebrae in my neck, clamping a nerve between them. They fixed it... For a little over 2 months. Now they're starting back up. I'm only 17 and these spells worry and irritate my parents because there's not much they can do and money is tight. Also these spells lead me to getting behind on school work and I'm a senior in high school so I need good grades. Please pray for my health and peace for me and my family. Thank you prayer warriors.
