God's Direction - Work and Life Related

I am facing many difficulties at my workplace, the least of which involve an accident while on duty that resulted in not walking for seven months. I never understood the effects of such an injury could be on my psychological and spiritual well-being. I don't know who to believe about what or who to trust...I want to follow God's direction, I need to hear Him clearly.
