I Had to go in the hospital in March and have a pacemaker put in..I had open heart surgery in 2004..since i had the pacer put in i have been very tired..the Dr. went back in and checked and found two blocked arteries they are planning on surgery for that this month..now i have bronchitis & vertigo..so i am feeling lousy..please pray that it all clears up so i get to have the surgery and so that i feel much better after i have it..! I asked for prayer concerning son & his wife and kids. My daughter in law took kids and flew home to her parents, because my son was attempting to have a relationship with a former girlfriend. My poor daughter in law just couldn't take the pain. I posted prayer request and the Lord moved powerfully. My son realized how much wife & kids meant to him and was able to have them come home. About a year ago, I posted a prayer request for work. I was sick of getting laid off and not having enough work to pay bills. My wife and I are in a good spot now and I have a chance at possibly becoming a police officer. Even if I don't get this fantastic job, I am so thankful that God has provided work for us both.

I have been married for over two decades. I am married to a man who is passive and gentle. Prior to that I was in a very abusive relationship. We have grown kids and teenagers. He doesn't have any depth of relationship with them. He has a hard time even backing me up in parenting and if conflict happens he cares more about avoiding it than actually parenting. Yet, we appear to be the family people wish they had. But several times in our marriage I have found out my husband was lying or hiding things. He very rarely talks about anything deep and meaningful. He always says, "Things are good". He has always professed that his is just not deep, but the truth is he won't let anyone in and even treats his family, me included, like someone from church. Any conversation he has with us could well be with someone there. Last year I found out he had been hiding a bad habit for 10 years. I just can't seem to get past this one. I am a Christian and have tried to give this to God; forgive, get past, accept, move on... But I just can't. We have been counseling the last year and it just seems to get no better. Anything he is asked to do he does because he was asked, not because he has a personal desire or motivation to do it. He has this shell that bars him from feeling deeply and so we just can't get any closer. When I thought that that was who he was, not deep, I could accept that. But to have such a hidden side that points to more depth of feeling and a part he chooses to keep from me. I just can't seem to get past it. Pray, I get into the word, I go to church and love my Lord so much. Yet here I am. I now have a shell of protection. I don't want to talk deeply myself any more. I use to, even if he didn't. I feel guilty that I cannot just get over this. That I don't even know if I want things fixed at this point. Secretly, I guess, I am not sure if I even love him. I am wore out forgiving, moving on, and then getting another figurative blow. Yet, I think...he doesn't physically hurt me, everyone adores him outside the immediate family. But then my kids wouldn't even see him at all if we split up. I don't want to be split up or divorced. I don't want to just be another statistic of failure in the faith. And really, deeply, I just want a real marriage with this man and want to truly be able to call him my best friend. I want to feel secure in his love and care. I want know he would protect me if needed, and yet...I don't really know who he is after all these years. So, without even understanding exactly what I need prayer for, I am asking for it.

I lost my job in February, and as of April 1st was going to have no place to live. I've posted several posts on this site, and at times was convinced it wasn't doing any good. Yet, for some reason even when I thought asking for prayer was pointless I kept posting anyway. Things didn't seem to be getting better, there were points when everything seemed hopeless. There were times when I was convinced God wouldn't even answer my prayer. Today my mom called me telling me that she got me a job at her work, and I started work tonight. I have to go to her office tomorrow to fill out paper work. My last job paid minimum wage, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get a new job at a fast food place. The job my mom got me pays $10 an hour. My parents are talking about helping me get an apartment. Before, when I had my old job, my manager and I clashed and I felt like I was walking on eggshells. I was living with my parents, and always stressed about my job and money. Then the bottom fell out and I got fired. Now I'm going to making and $10 and hour and might have my own apartment it doesn't seem real. A part of me wonders if this was God's plan all along, that he was answering my prayers all along I just couldn't see it. Then there is another part of me wonders why he would help me, I mean I stopped going to church for years and just started going to church again a couple of weeks ago. I basically turned my back on God, and yet he still answered my prayers.

I have 3 sons. The eldest still won't talk to me after nearly 15 years. Even though his father and I have remarried he still blames me for his pain from way back when we were divorced, and also won't allow me to see my granddaughter whose 2 now. My middle son has been in an addiction of pain pills for years and is now climbing out of that dark hole in the sidewalk and he is clean, day by day right now. He's with his family and learning how to live his life clean. Praise God for that answer to prayer!. So I would like prayer for my son Bryson that he would allow God to show him that he needs to show mercy, and forgiveness and that he only has one Mom and I'm her and I'm not dead. My young son continues to serve God and he and his wife will be making me a grandmother in 7 months.

I recently received a note of encouragement from someone they sent me the following: You know what God will provide! Hang in there and don't stop putting your life in Gods hands. God will make sure you don't lose your job or you get a new one as soon as possible! God never fails. Once you get a new Job or you don't get fired please write your testimony of what God did in your life! God never will fail you! In the name of Jesus you have a job. Amen! God Bless However, things have not gotten better, they've gotten worse. I have lost my job and as of April I will have no place to live. God is doing nothing in my life. No prayers are being answered.

My son has been fighting for his rights to get his 4 or daughter out of the system, after she was taken from the mother. The system is so complicated and difficult. We asked for prayers and we got them! He has been given his parental rights back, which should never have been taken away. So thankful the judge was open minded and fair to see so many of the mistakes made by the system. We thank all those who had my son and his daughter in their prayers. We have to win all the steps back in segments, but by the grace of the Good Lord we see light. Thank you all, so much!

Last October I posted a prayer request for my 18 year old grandson who lives with us. He was unable to find a job and spent his days in his room in the dark. I received so many responses of prayers and I'm so pleased to say that today was his first day on his new job and he's a new person. I see now that God had a plan that took longer than I wanted, but as always, He was right! I thank you all so much for your prayers and I thank God for hearing and answering. May God bless you all.

My twin has been treated with chemo for the past year now for can that metastizised into her liver from breast cancer. While the treatments have been a little harsh and not really shrinking the cancer, it has been holding it at bay. She feels tired sometimes, but still has the energy to travel and do some of the things that she wants to do in life. God has been good! We understand that we are only bidding time with her. I pray that the chemo continues to work.

Hi. I want to Thank everyone who prayed for my IUD removal. It went better than I expected and so far my Only symptom has been very minor cramping. I posted an urgent prayer request regarding a November 29 court hearing. The prayers began immediately flowing which gave the extraordinary confidence. During my deposition the attorney repeatedly violated the court's orders whereupon other attorneys finally contacted the court shortly after noon. The judge, after hearing how the attorney had been violating her order admonished the attorney and threatened to entertain motions for sanctions against him. Consequently, he recessed my deposition shortly after noon. Thus, the unauthorized transgression was stopped and he was clearly embarrassed. Thanks for all of your prayers regarding this unjust series of unfounded, biased and outrageous accusations and praying for me to reflect God's glory in our work and our commitment to our clients. Praise be to God!! The power prayers extraordinary!! Merry Christmas to all!

I am submitting this for our youth pastor Nathan. After a mission trip to southern California last year he developed something that appeared to be the flu, only worse. He couldn't really get up and has a headache beyond a migraine. That lasted for months. He saw a specialist who diagnosed him with Valley Fever. He has been on a medicine for a year and it stopped working. So they had to switch him to one that is 4,000 a month. PTL after appealing the insurance company is paying for it. Now, we need to pray that it works. This is serious and can cause death. It never goes away and has to be treated for life. He means so much to our church and our youth group and is a great servant of God. Will you please join us in praying for his healing. He is married and has three small kids. Please send encouraging emails to him. I will forward all the ones I get.

I asked for prayer a couple of months ago for my 29 yr old son. I'm so grateful for all the prayer for him. Thank you! Since the time that he has revealed it all to his family he has tried to stop on his own. It's been very hard for him and today he's almost 2 weeks clean. Everyday it's a choice and please pray that he plugs in to a support group and gets back to church. He's back with his family and his 2 little boys need a Daddy that's clean! He knows the Lord is with him. It's one day a time, one decision at a time. Again, my heart is full of gratitude for all the prayer! 4 months after my mom's cars died she was blessed with a 1 year newer used car.Its been a really hard time.We were able to pool our money together and buy a little old car.The little old car that we have is proballey alot nicer car than we have ever had . It is old but it has low miles. It does have its quorks like a weird trunk that only shuts half the time and a bum radio a couple dents but so far it runs really good! The funny thing about it is that I found the car on craigslist in one town and I work in another town. The funny thing is that one of my customers that comes into my work used to be the owner of the car. I did not know this untill we were looking at it. My customer is a christian who happens to be a landscaper by trade( he is in charge of the church garden near where I work.) Anyway so when his wife passed on he gave the car to his wife's nephew. So we are pretty excited about having transportation again. The Lord did provide and it never ceases to amazes me how the Lord blesses people by networking christians.

I started seeing a counselor (christian) 3 weks ago. My wife talked me into it. I'm a bottle of well controlled anger... which, I've learned, is the result of pain. I won't bug you with the details... everybody has pain. The point is, if God exists, I have diverted from His plan for my life and I'm getting the consequences. I'm learning to accept and deal with my emotions, learning that my feelings are okay... I've stuffed them along time. I'm learning the love languages of my family, I'm doing my part. One of my daughters wants a dad and has chosen me. She's the light of my life.

A while ago I sent in a prayer request for the Lord to help me pay off my debts because I do not make enough money doing child care. So I put in an application for a second shift job about a month ago. I got no response and thought my application would be stashed away. Last week I got a message from the store saying that on Monday I would have a phone interview. Well I did get interviewed and was told that I would now have to wait for another call to set up a face to face interview. I thought maybe in a few days I would get the cal, but I got the call about 15 minutes after I finished with the phone interview and was asked to come in the next day at 11:00 a.m. I was interviewed by three different women and the last one was the store supervisor who turned out to be a wonderful child of God, which I have no doubt the Lord had put there to interview me after talking for a while I was offered a job which I start in November. I praise the Lord for He is great. This new job will be a great blessing and I will be able to pay off my debts faster and still be able to care for my grandchildren and take my daugher to school and work during the day. I am SO ETERNALLY GRATEFUL to of you who have prayed for me! I expected the prayers to taper off at some point, but they just keep showing up! And, they show up the PERFECT time! Just when I begin to take another nosedive desparir I receive an email prayer notificaition!! I have a contentious deposition tomorrow night a contentious trial Monday. Please keep praying for me that I can handle the stress and educate the court regarding the FACTS of the case so the "loudest" lawyer does not win, but that justice prevails. We have a family farm and we are very financially strap. Mom and Dad got a letter from the irs saying we own the over $ 1000 in taxes due to an error. We have no way to pay for this. Please let the error be on their side and us not really owe it. Also we had our top breeding stock in our livestock operation die out of the blue the other day. We are not sure what happened to him but know we will need to purchase more breeding stock to replace him. Iam not sure how we are going to get the money for this either. Please pray that Lord helps find us the quality of breeding stock or better than we lost and the funds to purchase it. Also please pray for our crops to grow. With out being able to have the funds for breeding sires( bull and buck) are livestock operation will be halted.The Lord does take care of us, but it has been a very hard winter and spring this year. I pray that Lord brings on some easier time for my family. We have had many struggles and I know without him there is no way we would have been able to survive. Please pray that the funds for our problems become available and that Lord makes our family farm profitable again. UpDate: Thank everyone for your prayers!!! My mother-in-law passed away August 3, 2012 after her courageous 14 month fight with pancreatic cancer. Although very sad, her passing was peaceful. My husband was with his mom the moment she passed and he said, "If I ever had any doubt that there is God or heaven, I don't doubt anymore. I KNOW there is, I could feel her soul leaving and she wasn't my mom anymore." It has renewed his faith in God!

Okay MY HUSBAND STOPPED THE DIVORCE!!! AT 12:48 THIS AFTERNOON I GOT A CALL FROM MY ATTORNEY ASKING ME IF THERE WERE ANY STIPULATIONS IN MY HUSBAND'S DIVORCE PAPERS THAT I DISAGREED WITH I TOLD HIM I WOULD HAVE TO LOOK AT THEM BECAUSE I HAVEN'T READ THEM IN OVER A MONTH.. HE ASKED THAT WE HAVE A PHONE MEETING AT 2 PM TO GO OVER THIS I AGREED AND I TOLD HIM I STILL DON'T WANT THE DIVORCE. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL MY HUSBAND'S ATTORNEY AND GET BACK TO ME.... AT 12;58 HE CALLED BACK TELLING ME THAT OUR DIVORCE WAS DISMISSED THAT MY HUSBAND HAD STOPPED THE DIVORCE!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS CRYING AND LAUGHING AT THE SAME TIME.. I HAD BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH ANOTHER STANDER AT THE TIME.. MY PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED.. GRANTED I HAVE NOT TALKED TO MY HUSBAND YET... I AM GOING TO LET HIM MAKE THE FIRST MOVE (UNLESS GOD TELLS ME OTHERWISE) I KNOW THE ROAD TO RESTORATION WON'T BE AN EASY ONE, BUT THIS IS THE FIRST STEP.. AS MY OLDEST DAUGHTER SAID... BABY STEPS.. I KNOW THAT THIS WILL TAKE SOME TIME AND WE WILL NEED TO BUILD OUR TRUST WITH ONE ANOTHER BUT WITH GOD, LOTS OF PRAYER AND OUR SUPPORTERS.. WE CAN DO THIS!! I wrote on here a few weeks ago how frustrated I was that I couldn't find any medical insurance for my husband who is in desperate need of medical help. He is unable to work and is basically bed-ridden. After a lot of searching through insurance providers who kept denying him, I got help for the governors office. Through them, and prayer from all of you, I was able to find my husband some medical. Although it is going to cost me 400 a month, and it will be extremely tight financially for awhile, he is finally able to get health care. Now maybe we can find out what is wrong and get him the treatment he needs. Thank you all so much for your prayers. God is Good!!!!

I asked for prayer for an untreated thyroid condition. The Dr was kind enough to treat me, even though my test results were normal. She said she could still treat me, because my thyroid gland was pertruding (goiter). I've been on the lowest dose of aurmor thyroid for a few weeks and I can already feel the difference!! There is no dought in my mind that the prayers I received were heard. Thank you so much! God answers prayers.

I am so amazed at the prayer response and day by day things are getting better. My son tested clean and is now back with his family. The RX is helping him deal with withdrawls and today he got a fulltime position working for someone else instead of himself where there is too much stress. Day at a time my grandsons are getting their Daddy back and I'm looking for blessings in my sons life if he seeks the Lord and places Him first, and chooses truth over lies.

Dear HOPE, My family has been on a financial rollercoaster the past couple of years. We lost our house to foreclosure last year, this is the start of the third year that my husband has been unemployed and credit card companies seizing our checking account and taking my grandmothers savings, because my name was on it, I felt spiritually bankrupt with all of the darkness besides the financial piece. I sent in a prayer request at prior to Easter when you had your share-a-thon. At first I wrote on Prayer Works asking your listeners for their thoughts and prayers, I was an emotional wreck I could not talk on the telephone to ask for your prayers. Much later, listening to the program, I summoned the courage to call and spoke to one of the volunteers and was entered into a drawing for a basket that contained a couple of spiritual books as well as other HOPE items, I won , I thank you for that! Those books have made a difference for me spiritually. I also want to thank you and the listening family for your thoughts and prayers, they truly made a difference I want to tell you what happened. I am a little apprehensive telling the story, unless you have experienced God you may not believe what I am about to write for you. I really needed His help more than ever! Holy Saturday eve I lay prone, face down on the bed, envisioning myself at the foot of Jesus' cross and gave my whole self to the Lord. I said Lord I am at your bidding; do with me as you wish. I am at the human breaking point. I asked Jesus to take the darkness from my soul and replace it with light and lead me onto His path and be by my side, especially during the difficult time. Lying in bed that night, I literally, physically felt God reach into my body and rip the darkness out of my chest! The next morning I felt free and "at peace". I knew God had removed the darkness! I KNOW He is beside me protecting me as I go through my next life journey of bankruptcy, needing $1500 to hire the attorney, and trying to take care of my family. I am blessed to have two ways of knowing He is there, faith and the physical. I find strength in these psalms: Trust in God Psalm 56:1-5, Confident Prayer for Deliverance psalm 57:1-6, Hymn of a Grateful Heart psalm 138:1-8 and Prayer of a Penitent in Distress psalm 143: 1-12. I was truly desparate yesterday and even phoned a crisis line, sobbing through the conversation. I happened upon Prayer Works and sent a request for prayer and my depression, grief and anxiety. That was only 24 hours ago and I have ALREADY received several prayers. I am SO grateful for those praying for me - you may have literally saved my life!!! So my story started with the "Changing with the wind" long ago and now I wanted to just add to my life story with my Lord by my side. Til this day many things have changed and the Lord continues to bless me enormously. God has blessed me with a perfect husband and made that day the best day of my life. When I wrote that story I was at the end of my last relationship and barely meeting the Lord. But little did I know that the Lord would bless me with a man that is so right for me. See the thing is that the Lord takes away people from your life to only bless you with a greater blessing. You stay faithful to him through all things. And he will give you exactly what you have been praying for. Also learn things about yourself along the way. I am still praying for my family but no worries they will come sooner or later. The Lord knows when it's their time. I can't find the words to explain the Lords work but all I want to get out of telling people my story is that there is hope for the hopeless. There is a God who is willing to guide you to your happines but you must let him lead. When we lead we go off of emotion or instinct and we can't because one day we are happy and the next we are mad or sad. God see's it all before we get there and he wants to protect us from the heartaches but we must follow and trust and have all faith that no matter what is going on today the Lord will bless us with something better. God Bless your hearts and souls. And I pray to God for all those who are reading this to somehow recieve hope and tell you that your not alone when little did you know that you have a Father who has never left your hand. He is a CIA he can't tell thing to me he has to hide it from me .he saying he is sorry but he has to do the job. We are together for 1 year it's really hard for me . My twin sister has had breast cancer 5 years ago. Twice since then it has spread to her liver. A couple of months ago she started chemo, with not much hope. She did a couple months of chemo, and it or (GOD) worked a miracle.... Because they did scans and they don't see it anymore!!! Praise GOD!!!? They told her to come back in three months and they will do a scan again and see what's happening! So ease continue to pray for her, and thank you! God answers prayers!

I asked for prayer for my 10 year old who has been having troubles with his knee following surgery in February. Praise God! Nick finally got onto his bike to ride it down the driveway to see if he could. We have a 1/2 mile long lane to the road, and that same night he rode it 10 times, and had to be drug off the bike as I was afraid he would be in a lot of pain the next day. 10 miles total on his first day back on his bike! He was not at all sore the next day, and repeated the performance the next day. He is SO excited that he no longer hurts when he uses his knee. God answered that prayer request in spades! I am SO impressed with how it worked out!

The other day, I emailed an urgent prayer request. A friend had overdosed. The Lord's mercy must be involved. A mutual friend, just happened to show up at her home in time to asess the situation and summon an ambulance. They had to repeatedly use paddles on way to hospital. In hospital, she had a situation with her heart, so they had to put heart med into a shunt which was inserted into her heart vein. They later removed shunt. Tried to take her off ventilator, but condition got worse and they had to reinsert it. Later, they described her as being in a coma state; however, later the same day she sat up by herself and attempted to pull her tubes out. They may remove ventilator later today? This woman already had experienced dfifferent and serious medical challenges, so for her to be coming back this soon after this near death experience is something amazing. I prayed and declared the Lord's word. Our friend made a bee-line for the church and prayed with someone. Praise the Lord for His mercy. I want to say thank you to whoever responded to my prayer request. I thought I would share this good news with you. Please continue praying for this woman and her family members, that they will be saved. Continue praying for this woman, this may have been an attempt at taking her own life. I will let you know how she is doing after she is released to come home.

With it we were able to pay or rent with only 8 days until our landlord would have begun an eviction process. I sat by a lady at church. she told me that she was foreclosed on her home, filed bankruptcy, and had to move and had a home-based business. A supernatural transfer from a source she didn't name gave her $10,000 so she could pay her attorney fees, move, and set up her home business in a rental property with 4,500 left. She wanted met to know that God does still work these types of miracles today. Someone reading this story needs to know this!

I wanted to share something... I am thankful for Heavenly Father's promises of returning my husband to me. That my husband will leave the OW and come home where he belongs. Although at times I feel sad, I just know that Heavenly Father is preparing me to be a better wife and friend to my husband. Stronger in my faith and I will be able to help my husband, because he has a long road ahead of him. A friend of mine (that I met on Facebook) wrote this to me... "it may seem like everything is coming up roses for him right now, but he hasn't started his battle yet. And think of it this way, you'll be over your trial by the time he truly starts his. You'll be waiting for him." And I know for a fact that I have enought faith to get my husband through his battle and I am strong enough to handle it. I am so thankful for Prayer Works!! I was getting letters asking me for money from a ministry that was fake They were sending creepy letters trying to personalise it to me and others. They were sending objects through the letters as well. After about 5 months with 5-6 letters. My prayers were answered thanks to the mercy and wisdom God gave me. I found the way to get them to stop sending letters and they obeyed God's command for them to stop.

Thanks to God for helping me with my teeth, he provided the money to have my tooth bonded as it had a hairline fracture on it and he made it successful. Helped me with travels and money and a good experience. Helped me save the money up and have the right time, have it done fast that is my teeth whitened and blessed it to work very well! Thank the Lord he helped me with the money and also helped me with removable braces. I got through the treatment fast and never had to pay, my orthodontist was good and understood and granted me removable braces because I didn't want fixed ones as I was self conscious and they take longer. God spoke to him and changed his mind and I got them for free. I got discharged quick. Not only did they successfully straighten my teeth but also lift up my gum in level with the other so I didn't have to have gum surgery thanks to God! When I had an extraction the dentist couldn't get the root out but God did cause I prayed and remembered God can move mountains and I believed I received and it came to pass. I went for my scan and they found no root at all! Thanks to God for that I didn't have to be delayed brace treatment nor suffer getting it surgically removed. God cares about our small issues.

I just wanted to share with you a testimony. Nearly two years ago I had surgery done. I was unhappy with my appearance and I wanted to change it. I kept worrying about whether it was God's will or not until God was speaking to me through my thoughts and telling me if it made me happy then I could have it done. I prayed to God about it three years before I had the surgery and I would say I found him leading me to have it done. God provided the money, spoke to my dad who at first refused to take a loan for me and I got really upset. God guided him and God guided me and made all travels afforable and well. Found me a good surgeon and blessed me with very healthy and successful surgery. God answered my prayers and made me more confident and happy and gave me the look I wanted and protected me from all risks and complications. God also lead me to have it done at the time I wanted. I was the youngest candidate and didn't have to wait long to have it done. I got it done soon so I could enjoy my life with it. God blessed the journey to be short, smooth and successful. He was there for me when I was in need so much, he helped me mentally and emotionally. God also helped me find him after this surgery I got much closer to God and learned more of who he was. My experience lead to faith.

Last seen while leaving work at the City of Uruapan, Michoacan, Mexico. She's 24 yrs Old , left 3 Child behind and a Husband.. Police is searching for her.. Can't find her.. That God released her from her capture and kidnapper (s).. This is going on in Mexico , many kidnnapings daily but we got God's favor, He's great to his Children and He's the only one that can lead the police to a happy ending.. thanks God Bless You!!

It all started when I was at the bottom of the pit. Seems like that's when our father picks us up and dusts us off and says "Im right here, my daughter". I gave up my morals, my happines, my respect, the list goes on because of many reasons. But the main reason was because I got out of a bad 6 years relationship that didn't go anywhere other than to a fight. When I finally got out of it I was tortured by my thoughts. That's when I turned to the night life. Thinking that That was going to give me some happiness. I thought to myself "Hey its better being at the club drunk then staying at home thinking of the man I thought I loved". This continued for months. Ignoring the fact that I was doing everything I told myself when I was little that I would never do when I was older. Then one day my aunt asked for my number. And I was like "Why do you want my number? You never ever have called me" I joked around and finally gave her my number. She called me the weekend after that to invite me to church. Which I was kind of sketchy about. She was consistant with sending me prayers through text. Which I would delete after the second word. So I finally concluded that she wasn't going to stop until I went. So I decided to go. But the devil wasn't going to let go of me that easy. What happend was he made that day I was going to go to church the worst day ever. I was stressed and everything had gone wrong. So I called my aunt and told her I couldn't go to church because of my day. She insisted and insisted that I needed to go to church. I finally went late because she made me feel guilty about her being late for church because of me. So I went. Since that day I haven't stopped going! God touched my heart and I met a real live God. A God who not only I can trust and give my everything to but also a God who never quit on me when I quit on myself. I found my purpose in him and can't be more than greatful that he never ever moved his eyes off of me. Now I am at church praying for the rest of my family to get close to him. And recently my mom, dad, and little sister were saved. There is no day that I can't be without the Lord. Because why? Because God is Good and God Is Great! Day by day I notice things I never saw before. If you leave it in his hands he supplies the money the love the strength the list goes on. Also nothing is a coincidence in my book anymore. God puts everything exactly the way he wants it. You just follow and trust him and he will never let you fail or fall. God will always prevail over EVERY SINGLE THING! Over the weekend my daughter school, Willamette Valley Christian School in Brooks, Oregon was broken into. The school was severely vandalized and many items were stolen. Majority of their music equipment, computers and cash raised by the students to fund their Washington DC trip. Unfortunately many of these items cannot be covered by insurance. The entire situation is just heart breaking. My daughter who is a 3rd grader has been forced to face some hard realities about the world around her. She was very confused on why someone would walk into Gods school and steal from his children. I found this to be a perfect time for a teachable moment. We discussed sin and though some do what we believe are major sins, God still loves them. Last night my daughter said our family prayer and she prayed that those who broken into our school could find God. It was amazing how much she placed her own hurt feels to the side and wanted God to open his arms for though who sinned against her and her school. I thought I was the one doing the teaching but her act of forgiven put healing into my own heart. My daughter isn't the only one seeing this as an opportunity for God to work. A school office staff said "We must really be doing something right at the school for Satan to want to attack us so hard." What knowledge of God's hand in our school.

I was stressed over my UI balance being 0. God came through again! I have EB which is Extended Emergency Benefits. I am also trying to be patient. It's hard to do. I watch Ken Copeland. They are going through "trusting" right now. For all out needs. The Matthew 6:33 says "Seek Ye first, the Kingdom of God" Oh, I guess I better get going. So. I shared last week that I am having issues with having enough money to put gas in my car and still tithe and pay the mortgage. Well, as always, God was quick to help and I found $50 in gas cards in the door handle of my car. God is fantastic! Finances continue to be very tight. Family is coming for Christmas and they kind of expect to be fed while they are here.... silly people. Prayer is needed for the food. In the words of Beth Moore, "I don't how; but I know Who."

well, the story goes on. One week from my first blood work, the numbers have changed!! I had no treatments yet, but my blood work is much better now. The things are falling in order now. I will see my MD tomorrow, wondering what she can say. So far, God did hear my request and the prayers of faithful ones, and He is turning things around. And, being in medicine myself, I am in awe to see the numbers changing. Thank you for a miracle. God is so wonderful!

I put a prayer request a day before the test. I had my family and friends praying for me. I had ultrasound on Friday. And guess what - they did not find anything! God is faithful! I will have to have more testing done, but the scariest is behind. Praise God! I love Him!

She saw her specialist in Portland tis AM and he said her condition has stabilized at the point it was at 12 months ago He said this almost never happens. About 8 months ago i came to Prayers works for Prayer, We had our church Family praying my family and friends churches were praying for baby Jonathan and me. See 2 years ago we lost our baby Boy Nathan, he was born early ( @ 23weeks) and only lived 2 hours, due to a condition the doctors or mommies don't know they have until it's to late. So when we became pregnant with Jonathan it was a very scary from the beginning ( i cried alot) because they were watching for the same condition Which i showed signs of at 13 wks along (very early) . i was placed on bed rest starting April 1st 2011 , went through surgery to help prevent losing him, came down with Gestational Diabetes, i was being hit left and right and I needed you all to pray; i was so scared to lose my baby. Today I am here to say He was born August 15th, Healthy, and ALIVE. he is beautiful , happy and You can see God's Love through his little fingers and toes, his smiles, and for my husband and I even his cries! When you have to watch your son die (in peace) you realize being given the gift of another precious life and the LOVE you feel from God through this gift you realize even the not so pleasant things show you life and love. Thank you for your prayers. We were at such a dark spot. My husband and I did not know what to do or where to turn, as we thought we had exhausted all of the possibilities...we visited with our Christian counselor and she informed us that we needed to give our daughter all of the "what if's" and let her go to this boy. As soon as she opened up and told the boy, he was done with our daughter. He has moved on to another girl. And the boy that she had established a friendship with at her school, asked her to the upcoming dance. I am convinced that your prayers were a huge help. It was so uplifiting to see when someone prayed for our family. I am not crying as much! She is doing better, but I am still concerned that she could slip closer to the dark side. It is so much work leading a double life. Prayers are still desired. Prayers for my daughter to realize that the goodness of His grace is what we need.

our daughter who has meth addiction and had run away from foster care has been found she is currently living with us but still struggles with drug addiction and although has not tested positive for meth in three months has tested positive for marijauna. I asked for prayer about college because I was not sure if I was going to be able to go. I found another college to go to and my sister also goes there. I will be going with her and coming back home with her since we live in the same house (upper/lower home) which is perfect. Thanks for all your prayers.

I am greatfull for ya alls prayers for my mothers parkinsons she is getting worse but we are working through it. I still am having problems with finding work but it's really hard for a fellon to get work, but like the bible says our lord jesus christ don't give us any obsticales that we can't make it through. Praise GOD. The judge determined (he listened to GOD) that it is in the best interest for my grandson to stay in the custody of my daughter! Thank you for all of your prayers, I have apprecitated everyone of them, Please continue to pray for my grandson as he continues to grieve the loss of his father, they were very close and his dad was doing such a wonderful job of teaching him about Christ and knowing he gave him that foundation is a blessing. My daughter could use continued prayer as she becomes stronger in the Lord each day. Again, thank you so much!

My cousin Hunter was in a terrible car accident about 4 months ago. He has been in a coma ever since. The doctors gave him no hope! He kept doing little things, but they said it was just automatic responses & he would never get better. Yesterday, 05/31/11, he came completely out. He was communicating with cue cards. The nurses said there is no sign of brain damage or amnesia. He remembers everything. God is so awesome. Again He shows His power! Thank you Lord!!!! I'm praying for many to come to the Lord in the future through his testimony!

My mother though is not getting any better with her parkinsons and she gets really down on her self when she drops stuff so please still pray for healing for her and Gods will for me to be able to manage my time with work as a paramedic and caring for my mother

Pets are doing much better. I was offered a job today, but have to wait for the formal offer. I am suppose to start monday. thank you everyone for your prayers. does anyone know how to remove prayers from here? i have several and some have been answered. my fingers still feel like there is arthiritis in them so please continue to pray for them. I just wanted to thank you for your continued prayers for my daughters strength in Christ and for God's will to be done in my grandson's life and his custody case. My daughter has gone to court for the final custody issue and we waiting for the ruling. If the other party wins the custody, my grandson will be taken to live in a commune/cult community. Continued prayers for all are appreciated.

Someone just sent me a note asking if I trusted God enough to tithe. I didn't mention in my prayer request, but that is always the first thing we do with any money we get. We tithe on our gross not our net. Thank you all for your prayers. I am still out of work, but God has provided a little money so I can get to interviews now.

In December I asked for prayer for my husbands knee and financial help to pay the ensuing bill. The surgery went so well the doctor was surprised. The muscle had not atrophied and he was able to secure everything much more securely than normal. My husband also healed much more quickly that the doctor expected and has been back to work for nearly two month.This is simply and clearly the power of prayer and I thank all of you for lifting him up to God. OHSU approved us for a forty percent discount which takes the bills down to roughly ten thousand dollars. While this is not a great deal of money in todays world , our resources are so stretched that we are having trouble making basic payments. So please continue to pray for a financial miracle for us that we may pa this bill. God is so good and capable of anything. Thank you for praying , the blessings through out this entire event have proven that the power of prayer by people of faith is mighty.

Thank you all who committed to pray for our church opening a soup kitchen. We just served our 8th Sunday Supper serving 95 bowls of soup! In addition another church in our community has partnered with us by providing transportation with their church van, helping 18 more people eat this past Sunday! God has anointed this ministry and nothing is going to stand in His way. Mountains crushed, OH YES! To God be the Glory AMEN!

Our friend, Dean Marsh, disappeared on Saturday March 19th. His body was found in the Deschutes river on the 24th. Thanks for all the prayers on his behalf. Please continue praying for the family as they deal with his death. He is now with our Lord in glory.

The very frist thing I wish to say is THANK YOU to all who joined in prayer for Me. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU GREATLY! Now the story, It was said by this local drunk woman (who needs prayer for Herself that She would turn to Christ) That I had mugged and beaten Her to the point of broken arm and shoulder. This brought an Officer from Polk County to My door to ask into this. At the start this was a repe and battery crime, very fast, the rape charged was set aside as untrue, but the battery kept on. It took about four weeks of "fear and stress", (good time of prayer abd drawing near to My God) and a great number of people from my church praying, But, GOD IS GOOD AND GREAT! The officer in charge of the case, has said He fells it is just a sad case of to drunk to much of the time and this was caused by her self falling down drunk. All has been droped ( the legal side ) but still pray for this woman (she is in another prayer on-line ( see, Salvation For Three Please, this is Her Life style and her life at this time). It fells realy good to not have this in the back of My mind all day, It was getting between Me and The Lord. Praise God for His goodness! Again Thanks to all!!! With Love in our Lord Jesus Christ. See you all upstairs some day soon.

This young man did drown. They brought in special dogs that could find people under water. Please keep praying for the non-christian family & for the friend who did live through the incident on Lake Shastina that they will draw near to the Lord. Thanks for your prayers.

God has provided enough for me to afford my rent through the end of this term, so I will be able to continue my classes and continue to look for work. I don't have all I need yet, but just having enough to stay is a huge burden lifted. Thank you all for praying and continuing to pray. God bless you all! God is good all the time! :-)

On Dec 14 I entered a request to be able to help a single Grandmother with her car problems.On the 19th I posted an update that the correct belt had to be special ordered. The Lord provided someone to pay for the new belt another person to design and weld a tool to put it on, another person to help put it on and some else offered to pay for adding towing and road service to her car insurance. The new belt has apparently corrected the problem. Thank you for your prayers and notes of encouragement May the Lord bless us all with His heart for each other.

I have been without employment over a year now. I have been looking. I am starting school at LBCC winter term. I have a year of pre-requirements before I enter the Veterniary Assistant Program. I am also looking for part-time employment to help with the cost of living and gain some more work experiences. GOD has provided for me. For that I am grateful. I guess I need the courage to continue to press on. I need the strenght to keep on keeping on. thank you for you time and for your prayers.

I put in a prayer request that some how my family would be able to have Thanksgiving dinner. The lord answered my prayers and today a lady brought us everything we will need for Thanksgiving dinner.
